The architect of award-winning leadership, and organizational development solutions, Jose consults, designs and delivers organizational and people transformations for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies as well as non-profits and start-ups in both the U.S. and overseas. As an executive coach, Jose helps clients clarify priorities, see new opportunities, and advance their capabilities. His coaching specialty is supporting transitioning leaders to more quickly achieve success as they move into new or changing roles.
Jose holds a graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and completed post-graduate studies on leadership, change and adult development at Harvard’s Kennedy School. He is currently attending a graduate certificate program in Organizational Development and Change Leadership at Georgetown University. He has an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Political Science from the US Naval Academy. He is certified in Emotional Quotient EQ-i (2.0) and EQ360 assessment, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
