M.E. Hart, JD has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished consultant, facilitator and business educator and has worked with clients such as University of Colorado Hospital, D.C. Rape Crisis Center, MarketBridge, the Justice Department’s Office on Violence Against Women, Software and Information Industry Association and Time Warner Cable.

He has completed international assignments in Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, Canada and Jamaica. Hart is a licensed attorney in Washington DC and worked as an Attorney/Producer for the Federal Judicial Center. He completed the Senior Executive Leadership Certificate Program at Georgetown University and holds a coaching certification from HayGroup.

He is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and has extensive experience utilizing the Emotional Competence Inventory and many other organizational development instruments.
