I’ve run some more AI Summits since writing about this (you can read my initial post here) and wanted to add some key points. Make sure you make use of the outside stakeholders. I made the mistake of not having them speak out during the Discover phase and wish I had leveraged them more. They spoke at the tables, but I wish I had asked them to report out specifically.
In addition, I leveraged a graphic facilitator. It took away from my own bottom line but the result was so stunning and the client so taken with it, that I would do it again.
